Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept FPS, PayMe, Alipay, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, WeChat Pay and Touch’n Go.

Do you accept consumption vouchers?

Yes we accept consumption voucher via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Tap & Go.

 

Shipping

What packaging options can I choose from?

Our packaging is plastic-free, we use paper as our main packaging material. Orders below three items will be wrapped in honeycomb cushioning kraft paper; orders with three items or above come in a kraft mailer box which the size is depending on the product sizes.

If you wish to change to a wooden box, you can add them from the link here, we will choose the perfect box for you.

For Crystal Collection by L.O.M., to ensured the items are highly protected,
multiple layers of bubble wrap will be used.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Hong Kong & Macau at the moment.

How much is the delivery fee? 

For self-care products orders below 3 items, we will ship through SF Express pay on delivery or $33 to be paid at check out. For orders above 3 items or any purchase with our curated gift box, free shipping will be applied automatically. 

For Crystal Collection by L.O.M., only pay on delivery by SF Express is available. For orders above $2000 within the collection, free shipping will be applied automatically. 

Do you ship on weekends and public holidays?

We usually ship on weekdays, the next business day we received the order, if you wish for us to deliver your order on a specific day and time, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Exchange & Refund

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible if we haven’t shipped it out. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

How can I exchange or return an item?

No exchange or refund unless the item is damaged during shipping. Contact us if there is any issue with your parcel.
